The Magicbricks Propindex report of the quarter- April, May and June 2021 revealed that demand for residential properties was concentrated in well-connected localities and stretches. Whitefield- the major IT hub of Bengaluru, Sarjapur Road- known for its proximity to prime IT clusters and excellent connectivity, and Bellary Road- located in close proximity to IT hubs in North Bengaluru and enjoying easy accessibility to the Kempegowda International Airport are the top 3 localities that saw a demand for residential properties during April, May and June quarter of 2021.

  1. Whitefield

Whitefield is a prominent IT hub in Bengaluru, situated on the eastern periphery of the city.
